Market Research Intern

Alpine Health is looking for a Market Research Intern who will be responsible for preparing and submitting pharmaceutical distribution license applications, maintaining contact with relevant state licensing agencies, researching the generic pharmaceutical distribution industry for developing product and pricing strategies and streamlining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create a manual detailing requirements for getting certified as a pharmaceutical distributor in ~25 states
• Prepare, submit and track licensing applications with relevant paperwork
• Develop and understanding of the generic pharmaceutical distribution industry
• Research and report data on brand losing patents in 2008
• Track ANDA filing and run potential market share reports
• Assist the sales team in targeting the right customers by tracking usage and sales
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and understand their product portfolios
• Create reports to help the executive team on strategic decisions
• Work with the operations team based in Pennsylvania to streamline processes

Qualifications:

• Pursuing bachelors degree or Associates degree in business, finance, operations management or pharmacy related fields

• Proven analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong work ethic
